What is Life coaching:

Sometimes called Life Coaching or Professional Coaching it's not to be mistaken for Sports Coaching. Over a series of sessions, we will identify and work together on your goals. Life coaching is about change.

I'll be there to keep you on track and motivated, using various skills and techniques, I'll prompt you to view things from fresh perspectives. As the saying goes: "If we keep doing things in the same way, we'll get the same results."

Coaching isn't counselling or therapy, although I am wholeheartedly an advocate of both. This doesn't mean that we'll ignore emotions - quite the opposite – but as your coach I'm much more interested of how we use emotions to evolve and move forward.

20 Minute discovery call.

In the discovery we will explore how coaching can help you to take the first step towards more fulfilling life.

In this initial consultation we can learn more about each other, and we can decide whether coaching is a good fit for you. We will talk about your situation and what you would like to achieve with coaching.

Individual coaching sessions.

You can choose the topic and purpose of your coaching session. The first session is used as an opportunity to clarify your reason for coaching, talk about your background, your goals, and your current challenges. First session can take up to 90 minutes but other sessions are 50 min.

Typically, the intention is to focus on your potential by identifying your strengths, uncovering what's on your way and target the areas you are most interested in addressing to help you reach your goals. I’ll help you get ‘unstuck’ and bridge the gap from where you are to where you want to be.
