What is Life coaching:
Life coaching gives you the freedom to explore your goals and challenges without fear of judgment. I’m here to listen and help you gain clarity. We’ve all had experiences that shape us and I know that showing vulnerability isn’t always easy - but it’s also where real growth begins.
Often referred to as Life Coaching or Professional Coaching, this is not to be confused with Sports Coaching. Through a series of tailored sessions, we’ll work together to identify your goals and take meaningful steps toward achieving them.
Life coaching is about you - gaining deeper self-awareness, recognizing patterns, and making real, lasting changes to move forward with confidence.
I’ll be by your side to keep you motivated and on track. Using a variety of techniques, I’ll encourage you to see things from fresh perspectives, helping you break free from old habits. As the saying goes, "If we keep doing things the same way, we’ll get the same results."
Coaching is not counseling or therapy - though I wholeheartedly support both. That said, we won’t ignore emotions - quite the opposite. As your coach, my focus is on how we harness emotions to drive growth and transformation.
30 Minute discovery call:
In the discovery we will explore how coaching can help you to take the first step towards more fulfilling life.
In this initial consultation we can learn more about each other and we can decide whether coaching is a good fit for you. We will talk about your situation and what you would like to achieve with coaching.
Individual coaching & Packages:
Each coaching session is tailored to your unique needs and goals. In our first session (up to 90 minutes), we’ll explore your background, clarify your reasons for coaching, and define the challenges you want to overcome. Subsequent sessions last around 50 minutes.
Our focus is on unlocking your potential by identifying your strengths, uncovering obstacles, and addressing the areas that matter most to you. Through guided conversations and actionable strategies, I’ll help you break free from limiting patterns and bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be
